ARTISAN TEA

We source a variety of some of the finest tea leaves in the world. We work with talented roasters to procure limited allotments of harvests from local tea growers. Each green or oolong tea is whole leaf and hand finished through the roasting process, and results in tea that will expand when brewed and may be re-steeped.

INFUSED HONEY

We partner with a local apiary to procure unfiltered, raw, wildflower honey. We then work in small batches to gently infuse our honeys with a variety of natural ingredients over the course of three weeks to three months to accentuate and elevate the natural qualities of the honey. The characteristics of each batch will fluctuate with the seasons and reflect the qualities of the organic life in the area. We hope each jar brings something special to your kitchen.

Our raw wildflower honey is sourced in Cranbury, NJ. As a natural, unaltered product, flavor profiles will change with the seasons. This current harvest shows light floral notes bolstered by rich caramel. We let this honey crystallize a bit to a buttery, spreadable texture, with tiny crystals.
